“Connor and Graham did fantastic job fitting our carpets. Took extra care as we’d just had the room decorated and left it absolutely spotless. Friendly and professional and nothing was too much. Great service from everyone at Ponsford.”

“Just had stair runner and landings fitted by Ponsford a big thank you to Dave Will and Paul nothing was too much trouble turned up on time were absolute perfectionists The Ulster carpet was well worth the wait I would definitely go to Ponsfords again no hesitation infact I never knew they had such a fantastic range of rugs and carpets”

“My visit to Ponsford was very easy, staff were polite, informative & no hard sell. I was allowed plenty of time & made more than one visit before I settled on my choice. Delivery was easily organised & Rob & Craig were v kind in setting everything up & took care in my home, ensuring I was happy before they left. They assured me my old furniture would be safely disposed of & removed all packaging. Great service, thank-you!”

“Will, Paul and Graham fitted our carpets earlier this week. We cannot speak too highly of the service and customer care we received. “We have recently had our bedrooms carpeted by Paul,Dave and Will. What a fantastic job, couldn’t have wished for a better crew of lads. Very professional, and a pleasure to have In the house. Can’t wait for them to come back next month to fit the hall and then the lounge.”

“After excellent service fitting a carpet in March 2020, our lounge carpet was recently water damaged and advice was sought from Scott in the carpet department. He was extremely helpful and arranged for a fitter to attend. Graeme, the fitter, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and hard working and soon had the problem sorted. This is a company which truly knows how to give the best customer service. Thank you to all, especially in the carpet department.”

“We purchased a number of carpets from Ponsford - stairs, landing, lounge and bedroom. Very pleased with the fitting - lots of attention to detail and friendly, polite fitters. Took their time to do an excellent job. Would use again if I needed a carpet.”

“Excellent service from Scott and Carl - very helpful and flexible with date changes caused by unexpected events. Also thanks to Graeme, Dave, Connor and William who fitted a large carpet in the lounge and a slightly complicated fit in the hall - doing a good job in a customer friendly and cheerful manner.”

“From choosing our carpet to it’s fitting today we have had the most brilliant service from Ponsfords. Starting with Scott who showed enormous patience and his extensive knowledge helped us to make our choice with which we are absolutely delighted. Our fitters, Graeme,Dave & Conner were superb in every respect; professional, efficient, tidy and thoughtful. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you to you all. We love it!”

“We have just had our lounge and dining room carpets renewed. Ponsfords fitters arrived on the morning of fitting and from that moment to when the carpets were fitted their professionalism, exemplary manners and good humour was beyond anything we have experienced before. Paul and Daniel were exceptional and the quality of the fit, the attention to detail and the continuous cleaning of the floors, underlay and carpet meant that we could use both rooms immediately. A really big thank you for 5 star customer service.”
