My visit to Ponsford was very easy, staff were polite, informative & no hard sell. I was allowed plenty of time & made more than one visit before I settled on my choice. Delivery was easily organised & Rob & Craig were v kind in setting everything up & took care in my home, ensuring I was happy before they left. They assured me my old furniture would be safely disposed of & removed all packaging. Great service, thank-you!
