“Was completely satisfied with the service from start to finish Mary on the shop floor was excellent in advising and guiding us and we love our new furniture The service was great and tge delivery guys fab taking there shoes off and respectful had others in and completely oblivious to showing respect Thank you We will come again”

“The service provided by the carpet fitters Paul, Will and Nathan was really excellent. Their work was of the highest quality and professionalism. I was really impressed by their attention to detail, friendly attitude, readiness to move furniture around and to ensure all electrical equipment was working after the fitting. Overall highly recommended.”

“The two carpet-fitters ,Paul and Nathan,who visited us yesterday were excellent ambassadors for Ponsfords. They were helpful,cheerful and efficient.When I can persuade my husband that a new lounge carpet is needed I would be happy to see them again.”

“What a great team Graeme, Dave and Connor make and they are a real asset to Ponsford’s, nothing was too much trouble for them. Our hall stairs and landing carpet looks amazing and the extra little touches they added, especially the work Conner did making a seamless joint on the bottom step and the door strips they fitted, makes all the difference. Worth every penny, you definitely get what you pay for. They are so friendly and knowledgeable, top notch customer service guys and an excellent job. Thanks and sorry it’s late! “This is why I buy from Ponsford. The carpet fitters are so professional and I know the finished job will be perfect. Had half my house re-fitted in one day, with some slick work to solve a problem around the hearth for me - well done guys and thanks for a clean, quick job. Connor, Graham, Dave & Will are a credit to your company & I would recommend to anyone.”

“I first went into ponsford very apprehensive as if im honest i thought it was just for the rich people! O how wrong i was the quality and prices were a pleasant surprise. I had a lovely lady called Ella Marie who served me she was amazing and made me feel so at ease and was extremely helpful a real credit to your team nothing was too much trouble for her- amazing service - thank you Ella Marie After ordering my sofa rob and Steve came out to make sure the settee would fit and no issues getting it in they were also lovely and think this a great service before hand to put your mind at ease. On delivery day it was Rob & Steve who came they were professional kind and very helpful on advise again another credit to your team. Im a very happy customer”

“Don't buy flooring from Pondsford. We were advised our floor would be levelled before the hard flooring was laid down stairs... It wasn't. We had a gap under our fire, slats cut too short and visible ridges showing through. I was devastated. Our stair carpet was cut too short at the sides and the gripper can be seen through the carpet. For what we paid I expected perfect. Some of the issues were bodged right but its not perfect. One of the fitters was on his phone having a good chat with a friend and listening to his music while he was here. Not at all what I expected. Beautiful products terrible fitting and an incredibly stressful time. The sales man told us a load of rubbish seemingly to get our business.”

We're sorry to read of the issues you had with your flooring purchase and subsequent install. We always endeavour to make our customers fully aware of any potential issues a specific property presents. I understand having spoken with our Flooring Manager, that these issues have been resolved to the best of our abilities, given the said restrictions of the property.

“The whole experience has been excellent, from the warm, friendly, helpful advice to the enjoyment of exploring the extensive showrooms and having a delicious lunch in the cafe. We also liked the good parking. The friendly team who delivered, assembled and fitted our new furniture with great care and attention to detail.”
