I first went into ponsford very apprehensive as if im honest i thought it was just for the rich people! O how wrong i was the quality and prices were a pleasant surprise. I had a lovely lady called Ella Marie who served me she was amazing and made me feel so at ease and was extremely helpful a real credit to your team nothing was too much trouble for her- amazing service - thank you Ella Marie After ordering my sofa rob and Steve came out to make sure the settee would fit and no issues getting it in they were also lovely and think this a great service before hand to put your mind at ease. On delivery day it was Rob & Steve who came they were professional kind and very helpful on advise again another credit to your team. Im a very happy customer
