“Graeme and Will fitted my lounge carpet yesterday thursday.thel laying of carpet was exellant.they put all the furniture back as i wanted ,left evrything clean and tidy.WELL DONE .”

“Callum and Paul were polite, respectful, efficient and extremely hard working. Worthy of 5 stars. They fitted the carpet very well and left the room clean and tidy, despite the fact that it was very late. The scheduling however, was not so good. The work started late and took a long time to do. Callum and Paul did not take short cuts and as a consequence did a great job, but worked without a break, until 9.30pm and my husband and I missed the concert we had bought tickets for. We were very disappointed and also felt bad for Callum and Paul.”

“Excellent service from choosing to fitting. We were able to take several samples home to study and received helpful advice from the sales staff. The measuring and fitting service was also excellent. The staff were very understanding when we had to change our fitting date due to a bereavement. The fitters Graeme, Dave, Connor and Will were very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.”

“My visit to Ponsford was very easy, staff were polite, informative & no hard sell. I was allowed plenty of time & made more than one visit before I settled on my choice. Delivery was easily organised & Rob & Craig were v kind in setting everything up & took care in my home, ensuring I was happy before they left. They assured me my old furniture would be safely disposed of & removed all packaging. Great service, thank-you!”

“Our furniture delivered and in place, really pleased with the quality and colour. This did take longer delivery than planned however very pleased with it all. The sales person Ella was personable and helpful too.”

“Superb knowledge and advice was provided when purchasing our bed. We had a 13 week wait but it is excellent quality and the selling point was the eco friendly, sheep’s wool filling. The only negative and the reason for losing a star was the lack of updates on the order , I had to chase and never received a return call .”

“I am very happy with my purchase which is very comfortable - it is a bed! But I have one complaint the Ponsford men who brought it damaged my wall paper - this was not horrendous but it was slightly damaged. The men themselves - apart from by this - were brilliant. Ponsfords asked me to send a photo - I have heard nothing since! Thanks Chris Bertram”
