“Fantastic choice and easy to deal with. We chose the sofa we wanted went home to check colours and size, then ordered over the phone. No hassle at all. We received an update as the progress of our new suite which arrived early. Ponsfords had no problem in hanging on to it for a couple of weeks until we could take delivery. The delivery was timed within a two hour time slot, and we asked if the driver could ring half an hour before they were due, so we didn't have to wait in all day. Again no problem. Delivery team were helpful and efficient, also removing our old suite.”

“We bought our furniture over six years ago from Ponsfrords. We had a problem with an accident to a cupboard door which we thought unrepairable but Ponsfords not only did a magnificent repair in less than two weeks they collected from our home and returned our furniture fully polished and the cost was very competitive. Well Done Ponsfords”

“I had never been to Ponsford's before. I made two visits to the shop to make a decision on what to buy. ON both occasions, I received welcome help from the staff. Ordering was very efficiently handled and the furniture arrived ahead of the predicted time. It arrived between the times stated on the day specified. The two delivery men were very efficient and careful when they carried the furniture into the house. I would recommend them to anyone who wanted to buy quality furniture.”

“Bought a kitchen table, benches and chairs recently from Ponsford. Fantastic showroom with a great range to pick from. Got a great deal on the price. The delivery service was superb - friendly staff, carried everything up my steps and assembled it in the kitchen. Overall a very good experience and would highly recommend.”

“We are very impressed with the quality furniture we purchased and have returned to buy more. We have had some furniture delivered and the delivery men were also very professional. The staff in store were very polite and again professional. It has been a pleasure for us to purchase our furniture and are looking forward to taking delivery of more furniture we have ordered. “We received a first class friendly service from the staff in the showroom to the two chaps who delivered the sofa. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, and we received lots of useful information and tips. I cannot think of anyway in which the service could be improved.”

“It has been a whilst since I purchased from Ponsford as my suite is still going strong after 8 years and still very comfy,I often have a look around the store for some design inspiration the staff in the store are always very welcoming and seem happy to speak to you. They also have a lovely Coffee Shop if you require a drink as you wonder around, When i am in need of some new furniture I would not hesitate to buy from Ponsford!”

“The chair is very comfortable and arrived, with our agreement, slightly earlier than planned. We had excellent service in the shop with the assistant patiently helping us choose the fabric, making recommendations from her knowledge of the fabrics. She was very cheerful even though we arrived so early that she hadn't had a chance to have a coffee! Great service, great product and will definitely use Ponsfords again.”

“what a pleasant shop to visit excellent, knowledgeable and helpful staff The choice is vast from traditional to modern plus a great coffee shop also no problem with parking We travel form Lincoln to Sheffield and the visit has always been worthwhile”
