“Had a good experience in the store - enjoyed browsing in the 'room size' display areas. Was slightly disappointed that dining table & chairs came with no care instructions from the manufacturer. Delivery was prompt and efficient.”

“We could have been kept up to date with expected delivery time. When we ordered we were told that they would check locally for stock and let us know but didn't. We had to ring to find out all information.”

“So happy with my dresser, it certainly wasn't cheap, but it was so worth the extra money - Quality is amazing. I was lucky enough to be able to buy it as you had a free delivery offer on. Very happy, thank you Ponsford!”

“We purchased carpets and were dealt with by that department excellently, gave us a good price and we were happy with the service. Will go again for our next carpet which will be the stairs and landing. The fitters were brilliant, polite and very helpful in getting the rooms back to normal. They took their time in getting the carpets fitted well, everyone who has seen the fitting says they did a really good job. Well done Ponsfords, but it is only what we have come to expect from such an excellent company. Regards John and Jennifer Everitt”

“From start to finish this was a great shopping experience. Knowledgable and friendly sales staff with none of the "this offer ends today,so better get it now" nonsense. The price v quality was exceptional, the whole team delivered exceptional service from the sales team, delivery guys and accounts. Great shopping experience all round!”

“We are very pleased with our purchase and the way we were treated at Ponsford. There is one issue I wanted to raise.. there is some stitching on part of the sofa which looks loser than the stitching on the rest of the sofa. I thought I would raise it just in case it gets worse. Kind Regards”

“I bought a V Spring double bed, and got a lot of help and advice beforehand. I am very pleased with my purchase now, but initially I had to return the mattress as it was too hard. The supplier offered a zip together mattress with two different levels of firmness to suit me and my husband. This was great, and Chris at Ponsford was extremely helpful and dealt with our return without any fuss or problem. Excellent all round.”
