“Lots of choice and quality good. Long lead in times, particularly for carpet fitting even after the carpet had arrived at the warehouse.”

“Bought a kitchen table, benches and chairs recently from Ponsford. Fantastic showroom with a great range to pick from. Got a great deal on the price. The delivery service was superb - friendly staff, carried everything up my steps and assembled it in the kitchen. Overall a very good experience and would highly recommend.”

“We are very impressed with the quality furniture we purchased and have returned to buy more. We have had some furniture delivered and the delivery men were also very professional. The staff in store were very polite and again professional. It has been a pleasure for us to purchase our furniture and are looking forward to taking delivery of more furniture we have ordered. We would definatley recommend Pondfords to family and friends. Thankyou”

“We received a first class friendly service from the staff in the showroom to the two chaps who delivered the sofa. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, and we received lots of useful information and tips. I cannot think of anyway in which the service could be improved.”

“It has been a whilst since I purchased from Ponsford as my suite is still going strong after 8 years and still very comfy,I often have a look around the store for some design inspiration the staff in the store are always very welcoming and seem happy to speak to you. They also have a lovely Coffee Shop if you require a drink as you wonder around, When i am in need of some new furniture I would not hesitate to buy from Ponsford!”

“The chair is very comfortable and arrived, with our agreement, slightly earlier than planned. We had excellent service in the shop with the assistant patiently helping us choose the fabric, making recommendations from her knowledge of the fabrics. She was very cheerful even though we arrived so early that she hadn't had a chance to have a coffee! Great service, great product and will definitely use Ponsfords again.”

“Excellent service all round! The salesman Gavin, was very knowledgable. He was very honest about the furniture we were interested in buying and we felt fully informed before making a decision to buy it without feeling under any pressure at all. Even when we popped back into the showroom to have another look at the suite we had ordered ( because we had forgotten exactly what it looked like) Gavin recognised us and made the effort to speak to us. A lot of salesmen wouldn't have bothered to do that once they had already clinched a sale. As it turned out we did end up ordering another chair. The delivery men were very professional and also very helpful. Really pleased with the furniture and very happy with our 1st experience of buying from Ponsfords. Wouldn't hesitate to use again, Would recommended highly!”
