“Ive recently had carpets fitted by Ponsfords & wanted to leave a review as it’s was a difficult carpet to fit with complex room shapes & different door thresholds to overcome From the store staff to the fitting team, every aspect of the job was carried out professionally & has surpassed my expectations I would like to give a special thank you to Paul for doing an excellent fitting job, he was very polite, professional & conscientious at all times. Ponsfords is a local independent retailer that provides excellent customer service & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone”

“Excellent service from choosing to fitting. We were able to take several samples home to study and received helpful advice from the sales staff. The measuring and fitting service was also excellent. The staff were very understanding when we had to change our fitting date due to a bereavement. The fitters Graeme, Dave, Connor and Will were very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.”

“Rob and Tom went above and beyond to deliver our sofa and chair. Have a very narrow doorway. They found an alternative way to deliver them,across the golf course behind our property and over the fence. They even had to put up with neighbours shouting about them coming that way. They rang the golf club up for permission. Very professional.”
