“We had two carpets fitted today by Ponsford and namely Graeme and Connor. They were brilliant, arrived early and helped us move some furniture that my husband needed a hand with. Very pleasant and friendly and of course the carpets were brilliantly fitted and look amazing!”

“Received two leather sofa’s in June, raised an issue in January, independent upholsterer agreed an arm needs attention in February and despite numerous phone calls I am still waiting for someone to contact me to agree a way forward. A lady from the service department ensured me the issue was continuously being chased up and I would be kept up to date, sadly not. Appalling customer service.”

“We had a lounge carpet fitted by Dave and Will. This is the first time we have bought from Ponsfords but it won’t be the last. No high pressure sales for Karl, but informative and helpful advice. Quick after sales delivery date given with a precise time. No waiting around within a time period!! Dave and Will were courteous, respectful and professional throughout their time fitting it, clearing up all waste afterwards and we are delighted with the carpet.”

“This is why I buy from Ponsford. The carpet fitters are so professional and I know the finished job will be perfect. Had half my house re-fitted in one day, with some slick work to solve a problem around the hearth for me - well done guys and thanks for a clean, quick job. “Excellent customer service, always first class. Dave and Will were my carpet fitters and what a lovely people. Attention to detail second to none, very friendly and more importantly didn't excellent job. Very considerate, cleaned up when the fitting was finished and left absolutely no mess, they even hoovered the carpet! I'm absolutely over the moon! Would definitely use Ponsfords again, the only place to go for good quality and great customer service.”

“We recently purchased carpets from Ponsfords and the service was just perfect. The fitters (Graham and Connor), were polite and excellent at their job. (Thanks for the special finish on the bottom step Connor, it looks lovely). They were so good at finishing everything off I didn’t even have to vacuum! Thanks also to fitters Dave, Paul & Will who jumped in to help on the second day to ensure that the job was finished on time. Our carpets look amazing, thank you. We would never buy our carpets from anywhere else.”
