A pleasant experience visiting the showroom, no pressure but informative sales team. Pre delivery access inspection worked well with arms disconnected from sofas pre delivery as promised then reattached expertly on delivery. Delivery team took there time, lots of protective blankets, after care explained. Overall very happy.
