“My husband and I can’t speak highly enough of Steve and Craig who delivered and sited our new leather sofa and chair. They arrived within the time span we had been given, were very friendly and professional and treated our new furniture and home with greatest care and respect.”

“Superb service as ever from the showroom team, Carl recognised me as a previous customer from over two years ago. Seamless delivery from Steve and Craig who took care when bringing the chair into the house, blankets laid on carpet. They were friendly and had great sense of humour. Top class service as ever from Ponsfords.”

“Excellent experience. I found the price of the carpet competitive, especially in the summer sale and for me what was outstanding was the superb job done by their own carpet fitters (not contracted out). They did a meticulous job and went beyond the extra mile! Thanks Graeme!”

“We had some furniture delivered today by Craig and Marino the delivery drivers. They were very professional and courteous. They immediately put blankets down to protect my carpets before fetching the furniture into the house, which is much appreciated. They took away all the rubbish and my old mattress and before leaving they checked that i was satisfied with everything. As usual great service from Ponsfords and their delivery team.”

“Graeme and Jack arrived this morning to fit our bedroom carpet. They did an excellent job and we are delighted with the results. They were quite happy to dismantle our king size bed and afterwards would have brought back all the furnishings we had removed but we were happy to do that. What also impressed me was the fact that they vacuumed the floorboards to remove dust and also dealt with a number of wires running around the edge of the floor. They were very hardworking and personable. This is the second time in a year we have had a carpet fitted by Ponsfords and I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“The incredible trio of Graeme, Paul and Dave did a wonderful job of fitting our Lounge/Dining room and Hall/Stairs/Landing carpets. They were so friendly, professional, efficient and polite and a pleasure to have in your home. They even volunteered to refit the furniture and left everything spotlessly clean. “Last week Graeme, Paul and Dave delivered me two rugs and a carpet. They fitted the carpet, eased the door and placed the rugs. I was delighted with their work, they were efficient, tidy and pleasant. They didn’t think I noticed but on their way out they tightened a loose screw in my door mat well. Thank you! It only took them a minute but it was much appreciated. A few days later my new bed, mattress and ottoman arrived. Unfortunately I don’t know the names of the two gentleman but again, speedy and efficient. My new bedroom is now almost complete and I am delighted with the result. Thank goodness we still have a furniture store in the city and one which sells quality products. I have been relying on Ponsfords for over fifty years and they never disappoint.”

“We bought two carpets. The excellent service began in the store with Karl and his knowledge and expert advice, with no pressure. We were able to reserve a carpet until the decoration was finished. Graeme and William fitted the carpets in a very professional manner and were very polite and considerate throughout. We would highly recommend Ponsfords for a faultless service from start to finish.”
