Last week Graeme, Paul and Dave delivered me two rugs and a carpet. They fitted the carpet, eased the door and placed the rugs. I was delighted with their work, they were efficient, tidy and pleasant. They didn’t think I noticed but on their way out they tightened a loose screw in my door mat well. Thank you! It only took them a minute but it was much appreciated. A few days later my new bed, mattress and ottoman arrived. Unfortunately I don’t know the names of the two gentleman but again, speedy and efficient. My new bedroom is now almost complete and I am delighted with the result. Thank goodness we still have a furniture store in the city and one which sells quality products. I have been relying on Ponsfords for over fifty years and they never disappoint.
