“Item bought, fold down bed settee. Exemplary service as always. Although many companies don't seem to stock bed settees Ponsford's had a fair amount of stock on show. The assistant gave us good advice and didn't hurry us at all (even when we took ages to decide which one to buy)! The unit was good value and was delivered on time. Although we live over 50 miles away from the shop we find the trip is always worth while. JP”

“Shopped at Ponsfords for 28 year and always excellent service. The staff are very obliging and nothing is too much trouble. All purchases we have made over the years have been wonderful, given us pleasure and have lasted the time - excellent quality - cant fault them as a Company.”

“Very helpful and knowledgeable assistant in the store. She offered stainguarding as an option, but was not pushy - just presented the facts and allowed us to make up our minds. When calling the warehouse to arrange a delivery they were extremely polite and professional. The delivery team had to take the table to pieces to get it through the front door which they did with no complaints. Would happily use Ponsford's again - excellent service.”

“We had new bedroom furniture and carpet installed in the main bedroom. Mr. Ponsford took the required measurements as well as providing excellent advice regarding the design and layout. The carpet was fitted to exact details and the room was left meticulously clean and tidy. The bedroom furniture looked amazing on completion and again the fitters were polite and courteous. Everything about this project was excellent and we would certainly recommend Ponsford both in terms of the quality of the product and the excellent service given.”

“Great service and quality. A lot of stuff can look over priced and a lot is. The glitzy showroom does a good job of making stuff look worth more than it really is. But its great quality and great service with friendly staff and a nice place to shop so sometimes worth the extra for piece of mind you will be looked after as a customer and not just another sale on the board. Plenty of nice quirky stuff also. Something for everyones taste and avoids the ikea every one has it approach to decorating a house (yes I feel bad mentioning ikea in a review for Ponsfords). I like it there but it drains my bank account more than it should really.”

“Standard of service was exemplary. Quality of product is superb. We were warned of the 3 month timescales prior to ordering. We were kept informed. Delivery ran very smoothly. Delivery men polite efficient and tidy. Would use again, you get what you pay for”
