“I had been into the shop several times looking for a brown rug. Eventually, I thought a persian, Pakistan style rug would look better. Nigel your assistant cam to help me . He took four rugs from the rack. Nothing was too much trouble . He was very quietly mannered and really helped me choose the right rug. When I got home and laid it on the floor, I was very pleased and phoned the department to say how pleased I was and to thank Nigel for his help. taully I thought”

“It was a very pleasurable experience dealing with Ponsfords,We purchased a beautiful fitted bedroom suite having been advised by Mr Alan Ponsford. He was so helpful and made us feel that we were friends rather than customers. When the Furniture was fitted it was done with great efficiency and care. Well done Ponsfords.”

“Used the design service to add extra cushions to the sofa we purchased from the store.This was very useful as different textures were suggested.we are very pleased with the cushions some square and some rectangular, made to measure and are finished to to a high standard! Could highly recommend.”

“Credit where credit is due ! The on-line chat facility was a real bonus for us with this purchase. The agent listened to what we had to say, presented our case to the Sales Manager and hey presto done and dusted within minutes. Very different to the processes suggested by a well known local rival. Well done you !”

“As I would expect from Ponsfords an amazing service. Unlike the High St. shops you really do feel as if you're a valued customer. I was worried about buying a sofa for the attic and then finding it would not fit. This simply was not an issue with Ponsfords, if it arrived and would not get upstairs I could have a refund. As it happens the sofa went into the attic and we're delighted with it.”

“Ponsfords is our furniture shop of choice. We are furnishing a brand new home and have made several purchases. We have been delighted with the range of choice in store and with the helpfulness of staff. We have never felt under any pressure when browsing around the store but help and advice is always to hand if required. Delivery has been both flexible and reliable. Most of all, after sales service has been exceptional. Customer care obviously runs deep throughout the company.”

“We have always had excellent service with great attention to detail from all our (many) contacts with Ponsford. Della, Gavin and especially Carl have always gone the extra mile to help with whatever we throw at them! But with Ponsfords you know that whoever you deal with they will give excellent attention to detail from the delivery people, carpet fitters to the cafe staff. Always cheerful, professional and helpful.”
