“We are highly delighted with the blinds we recently received from Charisma Blinds via Ponsfords. Both the owner Mark and the fitter Shane were excellent and more than prepared to advice us as necessary. Should we require anymore we would, without hesitation, follow the same route again.”

“We bought our last sofa' s from Ponsfords so went back again after looking elsewhere. Staff are friendly & attentive without being pushy. Found just what we wanted and it was in the sale. We ordered it and it was ready when they said it would be& delivered when we we wanted it. The quality is as expected and it looks great. A great experience from start to finish. The showrooms are well worth a visit. Beautiful, quality furniture at reasonable prices.”

“Staff are always polite, respectful and helpful. They are also knowledgeable in their specialist areas. The shop maintains an excellent range of products. Prices are not the cheapest but the quality is always there. All this is backed up by an excellent team of fitters. Overall one is left with a pleasant feeling.”

“Bought three items all arrived when promised. One item, a large and (very) heavy mirror, arrived with just "D" rings attached near the edges. When I called to Ponsford's to ask what type of bracket/hook/chain they would recommend they sent a chap out to hang it for me. Cannot say fairer than that!”

“My wife and I recently purchased a new bed from the store and had the flooring team fit new stairs/landing carpet and laminate hard floors in two of our bedrooms. The service from start to finish was absolutely top class and I cannot recommend Ponsfords highly enough. The price overall was very competitive compared to well known other department stores I looked at for beds and received quotes from for the flooring. The main difference I experienced was the quality customer service which means a a lot to me. I've certainly not had better any where else.”

“Mary on the first floor of modern furniture was fabulous. really helpful, even got me a cut out to check on how the sofas would look. only short fall i would say is the lady i spoke to at your warehouse. She was rude. Id specifically asked her if i could get my sofa early in the morning as i was working in the afternoon - she told me i had not told her that when i booked for the delivery (i did). i felt she was accusing me of lying. not a great feeling when i specifically did tell her the time i needed. I appreciate its not an easy job organising transport however i felt she needs some training in how to liase with customers - especially when I have spent over £5000 on the sofas! Please look in to this.”

“We cannot praise Ponsford highly enough. We first visited June 2015 and discovered the amazing help on offer from Lianne in the Interior Design department. Not only did we receive excellent advice, the range of furniture and fabrics available has now completely spoiled us for shopping elsewhere. We now have the lounge that we really wanted. The service throughout has been exemplary - from the initial design advice to the carpet and blind fitters - we have been impressed at every stage. Thank you very much indeed.”

“I have bought several items of furniture theses last few months and the service I have had has been excellent. The staff who dealt with my order and the guys who delivered the furniture were very helpful. I am pleased with everything. I would certainly go back if I want to purchase more items. Thanks to everyone especially after recently losing my husband and having to do things by.myself.”

“Once again Ponsfords have provided excellent service. Your salesman, Richard Marshall, was very helpful and spent time finding alternative fabric for our chairs. The delivery guys were prompt and very efficient. We have bought many items of furniture in the past and your service is second to none.”

“This is my very first dealings with Ponsford Furniture. I have to say that the service, quality and huge selection are second to none. The delivery men were both pleasant and professional, as were all the staff members that I dealt with. With the exception of a manager I spoke to over the phone, (he didn't give his name). I politely asked if the £25 delivery charge could be waived as I had bought quite a lot of furniture on separate visits. I felt that £25 each delivery was a bit much. He curtly replied that 'even if I'd spent £20k, I would still have to pay the delivery.' This I found very rude and unfair after spending over £4k. However, I did only pay one delivery charge, as I arranged for all furniture to be delivered together.”
