“We recently purchased a 3 piece suite from Ponsfords. The sales service was very good we were offered help but my husband & I were also left to discuss things privately before coming to our final decision. The two delivery guys were excellent, they had a few problems getting the furniture into our lounge, but suceeded in the end and throughout the process they were cheerful and courteous. A very good experience all round. Thanks”

“The sales experience was very good. There were a number different bed products available for examination and the sales advisor was able to advise us on choosing the best one to suit our needs. She was friendly and professional but not too pushy which is very important. The bed was delivered in the timescale agreed and the delivery staff were excellent.”

“As always the purchase and delivery of our furniture from PONSFORD'S was pleasurable and easy with the professional help of Christopher. We are especially appreciative of the help from Chris and the management for arranging the quick delivery of the furniture because of the ill health of my husband, This was arranged without our requesting this and now means it can be enjoyed for a while by my husband. “An exceptional store, staff helpful, very pleasant and efficient. delivery on time with the same pleasant and efficient attitude. All together pleasant and exciting shopping experience, just to meander around the store is exciting and I always find something to interest me .even if I haven't gone in with anything in mind. “The sales team were excellent, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a foot adjustment to my sofa so that my standard lamp would fit underneath. This was done in the factory prior to shipping. My sofa arrived earlier than expected too which was great news. They contacted us a couple of weeks afterwards to check if everything was ok and that we were happy with our purchase. We love it. V & J, Sheffield, S21”

“Over the years, we have purchased many pieces of furniture plus a variety of home accessories and we have always been delighted with the quality, customer service and price. Ponsfords have a reputation for being expensive but we have always found them to be very competitive even against Internet prices. We also think it is lovely that the MD strolls the shop floor making sure everyone is happy. Well done Ponsfords!”

“We bought a pair of sofas at Ponsford. After few days it became apparent that there was a problem with the foam of one of them. They collected both, leaving us with some loan furniture and sorted them out. We were allowed to go and check the quality of the finished work before accepting them back. The final result was perfect.”
