“Over the years, we have purchased many pieces of furniture plus a variety of home accessories and we have always been delighted with the quality, customer service and price. Ponsfords have a reputation for being expensive but we have always found them to be very competitive even against Internet prices. We also think it is lovely that the MD strolls the shop floor making sure everyone is happy. Well done Ponsfords!”

“We bought a pair of sofas at Ponsford. After few days it became apparent that there was a problem with the foam of one of them. They collected both, leaving us with some loan furniture and sorted them out. We were allowed to go and check the quality of the finished work before accepting them back. The final result was perfect.”

“Excellent choice of furniture in both new showroom and more traditional showroom. I purchased all my furniture taking advantage of the sale. The sales adviser was very helpful without being excessively so. Delivery was efficient and well organised and the delivery men very good.”
