My furniture was carefully delivered by Rob and Craig, who were polite, professional, friendly and efficient.
When my first order fell through due to a company ceasing to exist, Ponsford staff were very helpful and supportive, which helped me to feel secure in my decision on a replacement choice. I am really happy with my sofas and would recommend the choice and high level of service at Ponsford.
