“Steve and Andy delivered our new sofa and took away the old sofa. They were courteous, considerate and friendly. Extremely quick but safe ensuring no damage to tight access and then also helpful about the new items. The best of Ponsford. Very impressed”

“New plain carpet fitted in the Lounge, unfortunately we noticed a faint line in certain lights particularly in the morning, we contacted Scott in the flooring dept, Carl came to view and take photo's, his opinion was it was fault with the underlay, a few days later Dave & Graeme came and lifted part of the carpet and confirmed Carl's diagnosis, the underlay was faulty. D & G came back today with a complete new batch of underlay, took up the carpet and relaid with new underlay, the carpet looks fab and no line., Excellent service, excellent staff, highly recommend this company.”

“Andy & Marino did a fab job when delivering our new suite yesterday. Everything was set up to our liking. After being without a sofa for over 3 weeks it was bliss last night sat in comfort with the fire on (electric flames with no heat) and watching the football. Thank you so much.”

“We purchased 2 leather sofas and were very pleased with them, and with the service from Ponsfords. They kept us up to date with the changes to delivery date (received earlier than expected). Steve & Andy who delivered the sofas were exceptional.”

“Having been a loyal customer for many years I asked Ponsfords for help to locate two replacement parts for a wardrobe I purchased many years ago, even though the manufacturer has since ceased trading they eventually still managed to find a solution and sent very professional fitters to my house to complete a repair and replacement. This is proof if ever needed that dealing with Ponsfords is a great experience Mr & Mrs A”

“Paul, Connor and Will fitted our lounge carpet last week and did an amazing job. We are very pleased with the results. In everything they were highly professional and worked expertly as a team. I would also like to add that they were a pleasure to have in our home and immediately inspired trust. I will ask for them when we replace another carpet”

“Just had carpets fitted by Paul & Will. They were both extremely professional, courteous and very personable. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they left the job in clean and tidy condition. Everything removed and hoovered up. Scott who came to measure and who we met in store was equally professional. Sarah who showed us round the furniture was superb and patient. We finished up getting two reclining chairs which are a delight. We will definitely be back and recommend Ponsford's highly. Well done to all. Terry & Dawn”

“Outstanding service (as usual) from start to finish from Ponsford. We had excellent advice from Karl who came to measure up for some new carpets, and he promptly provided a very reasonable estimate. Paul and Dave fitted the carpets yesterday and they did a wonderful job. They were friendly, efficient and professional and they are extremely skilled in their trade, showing great attention to detail. We are thrilled with the end result. Thank you once again to the fantastic carpet team at Ponsford for a job very well done.”

“Many thanks to Ponsford's delivery team Craig and Marino. They did a great job getting our new sofa and two armchairs into our living room. Had to take off our front and dining-room doors to do it, but remained calm and kept their good humour! The furniture is beautifully made and extremely comfortable. We had to wait 7 months for it but Ponsford's kept us regularly updated, for which we were very grateful.”
