“We purchased a number of carpets from Ponsford - stairs, landing, lounge and bedroom. Very pleased with the fitting - lots of attention to detail and friendly, polite fitters. Took their time to do an excellent job. Would use again if I needed a carpet.”

“Excellent service from Scott and Carl - very helpful and flexible with date changes caused by unexpected events. Also thanks to Graeme, Dave, Connor and William who fitted a large carpet in the lounge and a slightly complicated fit in the hall - doing a good job in a customer friendly and cheerful manner.”

“Graeme and Carl made a great job of laying our carpets today. We are very grateful for all their care and attention to detail and look forward to seeing them again in March for phase three of the carpet laying. “From choosing our carpet to it’s fitting today we have had the most brilliant service from Ponsfords. Starting with Scott who showed enormous patience and his extensive knowledge helped us to make our choice with which we are absolutely delighted. Our fitters, Graeme,Dave & Conner were superb in every respect; professional, efficient, tidy and thoughtful. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you to you all. We love it!”

“We have just had our lounge and dining room carpets renewed. Ponsfords fitters arrived on the morning of fitting and from that moment to when the carpets were fitted their professionalism, exemplary manners and good humour was beyond anything we have experienced before. Paul and Daniel were exceptional and the quality of the fit, the attention to detail and the continuous cleaning of the floors, underlay and carpet meant that we could use both rooms immediately. A really big thank you for 5 star customer service.”

“From our initial meeting with Karl when choosing the right carpet, our experience with Ponsford's has been second to none! Karl's knowledge is exceptional and we have not even a glimmer of doubt that we have THE best carpet for our bedroom. And then along came Paul and Will to board the room and fit the carpet. And yet another exceptional job done. Extremely friendly and utterly efficient, they had the job done in no time. And apart from looking at a wonderfully fitted carpet, you wouldn't even have known they had been! A first class job. Thanks to all the Ponsford Team.”

“We recently bought a plaid carpet for our hall, landing and stairs, which by its nature is a complicated pattern to fit. Paul and Conner spent the day with us and were joined lunchtime by Graeme. They were all very polite and friendly and did a superb job. We would highly recommend Ponsfords and the team.”

“Karl came to measure for our bedroom carpets. During the time he was here he completely revised our plans for the layout and the furniture for the room with his sound advice and experienced eye. Graeme and Dave came to fit the carpet in one of the rooms. The job was perfect, but again their interest in our house and their invaluable advice on the difficulties of fitting the carpet in our next bedroom - occupied by heavy items of furniture purchased a number of years ago from Ponsfords - was invaluable. Ponsfords is a family firm which still truly lives up to that name and the staff are a credit to them. They give value for money and extra on top.”
