“Graeme and Dave were our carpet fitters and did an excellent job. We booked our fitting several weeks in advance due to other commitments and they arrived exactly to the time agreed. They were very courteous and respectful. They sealed the floor and returned as planned later in the afternoon to complete the job in very quick time. All cuttings were cleared away and the room and adjacent areas fully vacuumed. There is nothing I can suggest to improve the excellent service we received and Graeme and Dave were perfect ambassadors for Ponsfords.”

“Carpet fitted by Dave and Connor on Sept. 1st-we were very happy with the fitting and the friendliness of the fitters. We have more carpets to fit and have asked to be able to use them again.”

“Hi, I am Denise a very happy customer of Ponsfords. Our most recent purchase is a Harrison Spinks, king size bed. Which we have had a few weeks. We are sleeping so well even though we have had unusually hot weather. We were helped by Andrew Langner who willingly spent time with us to navigate the bed dept. Boy does he know his stuff and helped us think for ourselves rather than telling us what to do. Our myths and misunderstandings about mattress type were blown away. I have both hips replaced and we are both tall so decisions about support and weight distribution are a priority. Me and my hubby, Alan are delighted, sleep well and eternally grateful to Andrew for his helpful style. We were worked with never talked down to and helped to make this wonderful purchase. The bed is also very aesthetically pleasing. Thank you also to Theresa on reception for helping us to navigate this site to send this review. It is usually our grandchildren that has this task. We will be back, for sure. Best regards Denise and Alan Casbolt.”

“Great service from salesman Gavin and superb service from the delivery gents. Had to make two trips and a bit of assembly but they did it with the smile. The sofa is that good that I’ve not left it all weekend. Brilliant all round.”

“Very pleased with my new carpets and bedroom furniture. Carpet fitters were brilliant, the old carpets and all packaging were lifted and taken away. New bed delivered and old bed taken away. Couldnt be more pleased.. Lovely staff, highly recommend.”

“Ella Marie has made the journey so straight forward and hassle free. WOW !! brilliant service, i cannot recommend highly enough. Ella Marie kept me informed with the progress and where we are at. “Shopping at Ponsford is such a pleasure. The store is huge with an amazing range of furniture, and the staff are unfailingly helpful, polite and knowledgeable. We have bought a number of items here, and we have been more than happy with the service we have received, both ordering and delivery. We also enjoy the coffee shop!”
