“I recently purchased 2 sofas and I think the quality is excellent and at a reasonable price. Craig & Tom were excellent polite, friendly and extremely efficient taking care with door ways & carpet when they delivered our furniture can’t praise them enough in fact all the staff at Ponsford have been brilliant. Thank you”

“Excellent service! A huge thank you to Craig and Tom who went above and beyond to be polite, friendly and considerate. They arrived on time, put dust sheets down everywhere, positioned furniture where asked, zipped in all cushions on the sofa and demonstrated how to work the recliner. Service with a smile!”

“I first went into ponsford very apprehensive as if im honest i thought it was just for the rich people! O how wrong i was the quality and prices were a pleasant surprise. I had a lovely lady called Ella Marie who served me she was amazing and made me feel so at ease and was extremely helpful a real credit to your team nothing was too much trouble for her- amazing service - thank you Ella Marie After ordering my sofa rob and Steve came out to make sure the settee would fit and no issues getting it in they were also lovely and think this a great service before hand to put your mind at ease. On delivery day it was Rob & Steve who came they were professional kind and very helpful on advise again another credit to your team. Im a very happy customer”

“We are well pleased with the sofas and recliner we bought recently. Salespeople were knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery was in two lots and both were early in the specified time slot. The delivery teams were friendly, efficient and speedy.”

“Graeme and Will delivered my three rugs today. They unpacked each one and put them carefully in both the office and the lounge. Moving my furniture and putting the rugs exactly where I wanted them. They put all the furniture back on the rugs and took all the packaging away. Very impressed with them both. They were very nice and helpful, nothing was to much for them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”

“Graeme and Dave fitted a bedroom carpet last week, and were, as before, efficient, polite, friendly & tireless in doing a job to perfection. I am delighted with the level of service that they provide, as with all the staff with whom I have had contact. I would not hesitate to return to Ponsford for any purchases in the future, and if carpet fitting were required, I would hope that Graeme and Dave could be the people to do it. They are exceptional - thank you.”

“Just had stair runner and landings fitted by Ponsford a big thank you to Dave Will and Paul nothing was too much trouble turned up on time were absolute perfectionists The Ulster carpet was well worth the wait I would definitely go to Ponsfords again no hesitation infact I never knew they had such a fantastic range of rugs and carpets”

“After excellent service fitting a carpet in March 2020, our lounge carpet was recently water damaged and advice was sought from Scott in the carpet department. He was extremely helpful and arranged for a fitter to attend. Graeme, the fitter, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and hard working and soon had the problem sorted. This is a company which truly knows how to give the best customer service. Thank you to all, especially in the carpet department.”
