“I'm extremely happy with the service, this is my second time coming to Ponsford and it's great to see the level of service remains the same high standard as before. Ponsford took the time to help me match the fabric and colours as best I can with my blinds and carpet (one fully decorated). I want to thank Rob and Craig who were very polite, moved the chair into my office and respectful of my house.”

“Mary at Ponsfords has been phenomenal. She helped me order an amazing 3 seater sofa and footstool and I’m beyond happy with it. The whole process of ordering, I was left alone to have time to think and they only came to me when I asked, which I think is so rare and perfect service. The whole process of ordering, delivery and after sale service has been nothing short of world-class. I will forever use this company only now for basically anything and everything they sell in store, because I’ve been that impressed with how perfect it all has been.”

“Steve and Tom have just delivered my two sofas, coffee table and cabinet. They were both meticulous and respectful throughout. Being extremely careful to protect my property and the items being delivered. I was very impressed. They are great ambassadors for Ponsford. “My wife and I entered the showroom and were met with a smile and warm greeting by Mary P. and she explained the display areas we needed to view. Having made a possible decision she then proceeded to explain all the options and colours of the items in which we were interested. She clearly has an excellent knowledge of the stock and connected with us in a very pleasing and positive manner. She is certainly a great asset to the company.”
