“I now live in West Yorkshire but will always happily make a trip back to Ponsfords as the quality & service is absolutely unbeatable. The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable & nothing is too much trouble. This is consistent from the staff in the showroom itself, to the logistics & delivery team, who take such care ensuring items arrive in immaculate condition.”

“Paul and Will did a first class job fitting our bedroom carpet. Not only did they do an excellent job of fitting but were extremely helpful and meticulously tidy. The whole service from the staff at Ponsfords has been great. I would highly recommend them”

“After purchasing a living room carpet 18months ago which we were really happy with, we have also just had a new bedroom carpet from Ponsfords. Different team of fitters this time, Dave and William made an excellent job of the fitting. Have been a customer of Ponsfords 30+ years and can highly recommend them for quality and service.”

“We have just had the lounge, dining room, hall, stairs and landing carpets fitted by the Ponsford team of Graeme, Paul and Connor. The team arrived on time, consulted us throughout the process, were very knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble, were very polite and hard-working, and we are absolutely delighted with the finished result.”

“What a great team Graeme, Dave and Connor make and they are a real asset to Ponsford’s, nothing was too much trouble for them. Our hall stairs and landing carpet looks amazing and the extra little touches they added, especially the work Conner did making a seamless joint on the bottom step and the door strips they fitted, makes all the difference. Worth every penny, you definitely get what you pay for. They are so friendly and knowledgeable, top notch customer service guys and an excellent job. Thanks and sorry it’s late! “Extremely pleased with Ponsfords service. Karl & Scott were very helpful & professional in sorting out our carpet requirements. The installation team (Paul,Dave & Will) did a superb job installing my carpets & were very courteous, tidy & professional throughout the installation. Would highly recommend them.”

“Connor, Paul, Dave and Will did an excellent fitting of our stair carpet. Carl was also very helpful in helping us choose the carpet and measuring up. We have traded with Ponsford's some 60 years. Think that says it all.”

“We have just had our lounge carpet fitted by Ponsfords. We had paid a nominal sum for the old carpet to be disposed of by Ponsfords. Graham and Connor came before 9am and took under 3 hours to remove all the old carpet and fittings and fit the new one. They tidied up afterwards, hoovered and even moved our furniture back into position. They advised on aftercare and even gave us tips on how to rearrange all the exposed wiring to accommodate the forthcoming arrival of our sofa which includes electrically operated reclining seats. They were pleasant, courteous and couldn't have been more accommodating. Ponsfords certainly know how to look after their customers and we would definitely recommend them.”

“I have bought from Pondsford many times over the years and have never been disappointed. I especially needed them when my Vi-spring mattress began to fail. I now have a replacement and would like to thank the whole team, who have been professional and helpful from start to finish. As have Vi-spring. Thank you.”

“We visited Ponsford and was greeted by all the staff as we walked through the store. We were greeted by Della who was very polite and helpfull. We didn't know the style or finish of the bedroom that we wanted. Della made time for us even though the store was busy at the time. On our second visit we placed our order. We then went to the carpet department and spoke to Karl he arranged a home visit to measure our room. He arrived at the time he said he woud be there. Once the furniture had arrived at the warehouse we were contacted and everything was put in place for fitting We had our carpet fitted by Dave and Will on th 13th April and the furniture fitted on the 14th by Mick and Moe. We are very pleased with the service and thought everybody we dealt with were very polite and professional in thier approach.”

“The advice we received from Carl about a suitable pattern and colour was spot on and we are totally satisfied with what we have chosen for our stairs and landing. The team of fitters - Graeme, Connor, Paul and Will - were hard-working, pleasant and very efficient. They removed all surplus materials and left the new carpet spotless. Thank you.”

“We had two carpets fitted today by Ponsford and namely Graeme and Connor. They were brilliant, arrived early and helped us move some furniture that my husband needed a hand with. Very pleasant and friendly and of course the carpets were brilliantly fitted and look amazing!”

“We had a lounge carpet fitted by Dave and Will. This is the first time we have bought from Ponsfords but it won’t be the last. No high pressure sales for Karl, but informative and helpful advice. Quick after sales delivery date given with a precise time. No waiting around within a time period!! Dave and Will were courteous, respectful and professional throughout their time fitting it, clearing up all waste afterwards and we are delighted with the carpet.”
