“Excellent showrooms, helpful, friendly and professional service. Delivery - efficient and friendly staff were helpful ad professional, taking appropriate measures to install the furniture with appropriate care and concern. All round we were both pleased and impressed by Ponsford”

“Had another carpet fitted with minimum upheaval, The carpet fitters did an excellent job as usual,would be more than happy to recommend the quality of the product and the service. The carpet was also competitively priced.”

“Recently I have purchased 3 carpets, 3 pairs of curtains, a bed throw, a bedroom chair, a bed, 3 piece suite and 3 table lamps from your shop and I could not have had better service anywhere. My thanks to everyone I have dealt with, shop assistants, carpet fitters, curtain makers, waitresses and delivery men. Hope I haven't missed anyone because I do mean everyone. “We set ponsfords a task to export rap a six seater glass table to be exported to Gozo a little island in the med . Not only did they wrap it exceptionally but they allowed us to take other items to there storage dept in dronfield to make it an easy pick up for our exporters . The whole lot arrived via three ferrys and a thousand mile trip across land . The furniture looks fantastic in its new home and arrived all in one piece . John and carol clarke.”

“Our most recent purchase was a Calagaris extending console table. We described in general terms what we were looking for and the sales assistant identified this product as meeting our requirements. He was right. We ordered it and received accurate follow-up information about delivery. The table was delivered promptly and its extension mechanism was clearly and helpfully demonstrated. First class service, well done!”

“The service from posfords was excellent from choosing my sofas right down to delivery . The delivery men were so polite and helpful and placed my sofas exactly where I wanted them. They called me with an approximate time of delivery and they arrived within that time . The sofas are of the quality I would expect from pondsfords and the service was second to none . Highly recommended.”
