“Craig and Steve delivered a new mattress and took away the old one, efficient and friendly and remembered installing our lounge suite which was quite a few years ago. Reminded me why I like to use Ponsford”

“Paul and Jack fitted our bedroom carpet today and did an excellent job. They were friendly, courteous, and tidy. The carpet was swept for us and our bed and mattress, which we had moved out, was replaced without asking. The service from start to finish was excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending Ponsford.”

“Steve and Craig rang me en route and were very helpful when they arrived. They put blankets down to protect the floor and covered the furniture. They explained everything and were very friendly”

“From start to finish in buying settees we have had excellent support and service from all the staff involved. They have all been extremely helpful and informative after many visit to store to ensure that our choice was correct. Welcome good coffee and cakes in the cafe. Delivery of the settees was excellent thanks to Steve and Craig. Ponsford is always our go to shop. Thanks”

“Thank you Rob and Steve for the safe delivery of our fabulous new armchair. So much care was taken by you to navigate the many stairs in our town house and with outdoor shoes removed there was no worry about dirt on the cream carpet. Clear instruction and demonstration was given to operate the rocking mechanism on the chair. From the original designing of fabric options for the chair on the computer to its eventual delivery Ponsfords have shown what a high quality business they operate. Many thanks.”

“Superb service as ever from the showroom team, Carl recognised me as a previous customer from over two years ago. Seamless delivery from Steve and Craig who took care when bringing the chair into the house, blankets laid on carpet. They were friendly and had great sense of humour. Top class service as ever from Ponsfords.”

“Excellent experience. I found the price of the carpet competitive, especially in the summer sale and for me what was outstanding was the superb job done by their own carpet fitters (not contracted out). They did a meticulous job and went beyond the extra mile! Thanks Graeme!”
