We have just had our lounge carpet fitted by Ponsfords. We had paid a nominal sum for the old carpet to be disposed of by Ponsfords. Graham and Connor came before 9am and took under 3 hours to remove all the old carpet and fittings and fit the new one. They tidied up afterwards, hoovered and even moved our furniture back into position. They advised on aftercare and even gave us tips on how to rearrange all the exposed wiring to accommodate the forthcoming arrival of our sofa which includes electrically operated reclining seats. They were pleasant, courteous and couldn't have been more accommodating. Ponsfords certainly know how to look after their customers and we would definitely recommend them.
