We visited Ponsford and was greeted by all the staff as we walked through the store. We were greeted by Della who was very polite and helpfull. We didn't know the style or finish of the bedroom that we wanted. Della made time for us even though the store was busy at the time. On our second visit we placed our order. We then went to the carpet department and spoke to Karl he arranged a home visit to measure our room. He arrived at the time he said he woud be there. Once the furniture had arrived at the warehouse we were contacted and everything was put in place for fitting We had our carpet fitted by Dave and Will on th 13th April and the furniture fitted on the 14th by Mick and Moe. We are very pleased with the service and thought everybody we dealt with were very polite and professional in thier approach.
