We had a lounge carpet fitted by Dave and Will. This is the first time we have bought from Ponsfords but it won’t be the last. No high pressure sales for Karl, but informative and helpful advice. Quick after sales delivery date given with a precise time. No waiting around within a time period!! Dave and Will were courteous, respectful and professional throughout their time fitting it, clearing up all waste afterwards and we are delighted with the carpet.
