Excellent customer service, always first class. Dave and Will were my carpet fitters and what a lovely people. Attention to detail second to none, very friendly and more importantly didn't excellent job. Very considerate, cleaned up when the fitting was finished and left absolutely no mess, they even hoovered the carpet! I'm absolutely over the moon! Would definitely use Ponsfords again, the only place to go for good quality and great customer service.
