The whole process from selection of appropriate furniture, through purchase, payment and delivery went smoothly. The shop was busy on the first day we went but once we found a salesperson, we were given useful and clear explanations of the products on offer to help us make a choice; the whole process of purchase was explained clearly without any undue pressure to buy. Our delivery men, Steve and Rob, were careful to avoid damage and coped well with the tight fit of the larger items through our doorway. They made sure we were happy with the product and its placement in the room before they left. Positive experience!
